So... that was 20 feet from our old balcony. Our friends in the apartment below was planning on being outside on his bbq'ing but found out about 20 minutes before the explosion that they were out of propane. He was indoors at the time and the blast still knocked him to the floor. The debris on the balconys was like shrapnel apparently.
So... yay for not living there a few days ago!!!
